We will use TrackMan to check Club Path and Face angle numbers. The Hackmotion wrist sensor will provide accurate analysis of wrist positions and get real time Bio-feedback to help understand how the lead wrist controls the Face Angle.
Maximize Distance
Learn the latest techniques to gain speed. Over the winter we will set a goal of gaining 5-10 Mph swing speed. This will add up to 15-30 Meters in distance gained. We will use Trackman and swing speed radar to Track and measure improvements.
Learn how to start the Downswing with the correct Kinematic Sequence. Train your impact position for solid contact and accuracy. This will promote a Powerful Draw tendancy.

Wedge Distance control “Like a tour pro”
Learn to Wedge distance control like a tour pro. We will use the Trackman Test center to train 55m, 65m, 75m, 85, 95m, 105m. Distances.
After the test you will have clear result and be able to fous on Strengths and Weakness.
Driver Optimization
The key to maximizing driver distance is achieving the optimal launch angle and spin rate together with a centered strike. This will produce higher ball speeds and more distance.
We will use Trackman and Hackmotion to give us immediate feedback.
